Safety and environment policies
Bert Properties (Pvt) Ltd, highly regards the safety of all its stakeholders. As such, the
company aim to prevent occupational accidents, as well as health and environmental
degradation through daily safety tasks, instructions, awareness, training and
consultations with certifying bodies. The engagement of safety health and environment
consultants before commencement of any major project ensures that minimal or no
damage occurs to the environment. We believe that project designs should not disturb
the natural appearance of the environment especially for projects located in rural
landscapes, on farms and agro residential properties whilst also ensuring that sewer
water reticulation services do not pollute the environment.

Cuthbert Mpame
Executive Chairman
A qualified law graduate, Cuthbert Mpame spearheads the strategic growth of the organisation. He provides overall leadership in financial management, corporate governance, project conceptualisation and long-term planning. His visionary guidance ensures that the company maintains sustainable growth while upholding strong ethical and professional standards.
Kennedy Mpame
Group Operations Director
A commerce graduate with vast experience in marketing and sales, Kennedy Mpame directs operations, sales, brand building and administration. He leads the organisation’s human resource management and client relations, ensuring excellent customer service. His expertise drives efficient operations and the successful delivery of projects across all business units.
Nyasha Sharon Mpame
Group Finance Director
A law graduate with extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Nyasha Sharon Mpame has served with Mobil (Zimbabwe), Attorney General’s Office, RIOZIM, and ZMDC. She is responsible for financial planning, compliance and risk management. Her background in law and corporate finance strengthens the organisation’s governance and accountability.
Tatenda Mutangadura
Projects Manager
A civil engineering graduate with over 13 years’ industry experience, Tatenda Mutangadura manages construction projects from planning to delivery. His expertise covers roads, storm water drainage, water and sewer systems, buildings and housing. He oversees contract administration, tender evaluation and progress monitoring, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
